2 26 07 Snow day!

The girls and I had so much fun in the snow. We made a snow princess (of course), had a brief snowball fight and went sledding. Shae's favorite part was a snow car I dug out for her, "Lightening McQueen" from her favorite movie right now, CARS.

She just loves being a girl! She's posing to show off her makeup and nails here. You can't see the layers of sparkles on her cheeks. She's my girlie girl!

2 12 07 Daddy saves girl...

We all know she can be shy and sensitive to sound. Here's her protector, strong and brave, saving her until she at last was able to join in the fun around her.

I had to bribe her with:

A) She could wear a dress (that's fine)

B) She got chocolate (okay too)

C) She got to wear her new "wig" (oh, no!...still hoping she'll take it off later- leaving my stuff where it is!)

2 3 07 Indoor snowplay

When our oldest ended up sick (again), we decided to bring the snow to her. Here's their snowman, and a few of little sister Shae. They played with the snow for about two hours!

Specs: RAW. (1)1/125, 4.0, 200 ISO. Underexposed, adjusted in Adobe Raw. (2) 1/125, 3.5, 200 ISO. (3) 1/90, 4.0, 200 ISo. All were sharpened and sized for web, as well as defog. The last has a guasian blur and color pop through channel mixer (decreased opacity).

Poor Key. For the fourth time this school year, she's on antibiotics :(
